Tim Donahue successfully represented Marc Glassman, Inc. d/b/a Xpect Discount in April, June and July jury trials. The cases were tried in the New Haven, New Britain and Derby Superior Courts. In each case, the plaintiff claimed that he/she had sustained a significant permanent injury as a result of Xpect’s alleged negligence. The combined settlement value placed on the cases by the respective trial judges totaled $230,000.00.
